We believe in three things: very good beans, a very flat org chart, and supervisors named Lucy and Tess who have strong opinions(they are pro-union) about break schedules.
Every bean is traceable to farms within the collective. Every bag is roasted in small batches. Every employee gets equity, a living wage, and a nap.
