We believe in three things: very good beans, a very flat org chart, and supervisors named Lucy and Tess who have strong opinions about break schedules(every nap should count as a walk, and every walk should end in a nap) .
Every bean is traceable to farms within the collective. Every bag is roasted in small batches. Every employee gets many treats, a few walks, and a nap.
